We are especially excited to invite those who are exploring cooperative living and are interested in starting a new coop to a day of learning, networking and good food!

At this half-day gathering, we will disucss:

• How to Start a Housing Co-op: From organizing and incorporating to acquiring property
• Development Budgets: How to set up a source & uses budget and determine feasibility for a project
• Other Bronzeville Coop opportunities

The afternoon will end with a tour of Qumbya Housing Coop, a case study of a successful housing coop (scheduled from 3-4 PM)
